The Senior Custodian performs skilled and semi?skilled cleaning, housekeeping, and general maintenance duties in acute and non?acute in?patient, outpatient, and non?patient areas. Tasks include careful use of supplies and equipment, resilient tile and carpet care maintenance (stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction/shampooing), and other related housekeeping duties as assigned.
