Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Orange County. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing fixed assets, making journal entries, and conducting financial analysis. The manager will primarily oversee finances of property management operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and be able to communicate with customers and internal team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Fixed Assets


• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin in writing and speaking.


• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Journal Entries (Accounting)


• Finance knowledge and practical application in accounting operations


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus


• Experience with accounting and property management softwares such as Quickbooks, Appfolio and ERP systems is beneficial.
