About the Opportunity


A top-ranked national design-build general contractor is expanding its footprint across industrial, cold storage, manufacturing, and data center markets and is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth efforts in the Western U.S.


This is a senior-level role focused on new client acquisition, relationship building, and market expansion, working directly with executive leadership, estimating, and design teams to shape high-value pursuits nationwide.


What Were Looking For



  • 510+ years of business development or sales experience in construction, design-build, or EPC environments.

  • Strong hunter mentality skilled in cold calling, market outreach, and executive-level relationship building.

  • Ability to translate technical project concepts into clear client value propositions.

  • Comfortable collaborating with estimating, design, and operations teams.

  • Bachelors degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related).
