Specializing in on-the-go notarial solutions, we ensure convenience and efficiency for your clients. We are currently seeking an accomplished Mobile Notary Signing Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Acknowledgments and proofs (not for documents affecting real property).
2. Taking oaths and affirmations, affidavits, and performing depositions.
3. Certifying copies of powers of attorney and notarial record book entries (requested by the Secretary of State or by a court) ONLY.

Qualifications/Skills:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public certification. Clear a background check.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others and exhibit strong reading comprehension skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling notarizing appointments.
• Empathy when working with sensitive documents and vulnerable clients.

Job Requirements:

• High-speed Internet connection.
• Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
• Home office setup.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Payment:

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
