Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented Document Scanners to join our team in Anaheim. This role involves scanning and organizing high volumes of documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

Location and Shift

Location: Anaheim, CA

Shift Available

  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper documents
  • Verify scans for clarity, completeness, and accuracy
  • Organize, label, and maintain digital files
  • Protect sensitive and confidential information at all times
  • Sit and focus on tasks for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily)

Requirements

  • Prior experience in document scanning or office production environment preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and scanning software
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to spot errors quickly
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Must successfully complete an interview, background check, and I-9 verification
