Hourly Rate: $17.00-20.00 hr.

Shifts Needed: Weekdays/Weekends/AM/PM

Job Status: Part-Time & Full-Time

Your Role:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

  • Assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in their daily activities.
  • Provide personal care support including hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Create and maintain individualized daily routines based on their Individual Program Plan.
  • Encourage social interactions through outings with family and friends and engaging in recreational activities.
  • Prepare meals and assist with kitchen clean-up.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Document and report incidents to supervisors.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid California Driver's License required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification is preferable, or must be willing to obtain within the first six months of hire.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

No remote work available.

Visit us during our walk-in sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm!
