Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Hiring and training Salon Consultants
• Maintaining a positive, professional salon environment
• Consulting with customers professionally and upbeat
• Educating customers on tanning safety and retail items
• Keeping the salon clean and organized
• Opening/closing the salon
• Handling daily administrative tasks and goal tracking
• Guiding first-time users on equipment use
• Attending off-site sales and training sessions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7 hours
• Lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
