Job Title: Packers
Location: Tustin, CA
Pay: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
1ST SHIFT -Mon-Fri 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
2nd SHIFT - Mon-Fri 1:30 pm to 10 pm
May work some OT during the week or on Saturdays.

Seeking experienced and reliable Packers. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, thrives in a high-volume environment, and pays close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing
• Use packing materials and follow GMP procedures to ensure items are shipped safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Meet productivity goals and deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience picking, packing, or production related work experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceuticals manufacturing plant.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs. during shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and overtime availability is required
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
