Are you passionate about helping children thrive in a school setting? Amergis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians and Classroom Aides to support students 1:1 or in small groups. You'll work alongside educators and behavioral specialists to foster academic success and positive behavior-every day is a chance to make a real impact!
?? What You'll Do
As a vital part of the classroom team, you will:
- Support students with behavioral and academic goals
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies
- Assist with speech, occupational, and physical therapy activities
- Help students build independence in daily living skills
- Provide crisis intervention and behavior management
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and therapists
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of pediatric or classroom experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR certification and health screening (as required)
- A passion for helping students succeed!
