Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $33.00/hr

A global investment management firm focusing on active fixed income management is seeking a People Operations Associate. The company is headquartered in Newport Beach, California. The role involves supporting employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR data management. You will help ensure smooth people operations across the organization.

• Assist with benefits administration and employee support.
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
• Perform data entry and analyze HR information.
• Create intranet and marketing content for the HR department.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Communications.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience using Canva or a similar design tool.
