Job Details

What you will bring:

• 10+ years of techno-functional experience in designing solution, requirements gathering/transformation, and analyzing business processes in Financial domain/organization
• Highly experience in converting the business requirement into the stories and bridge between business and IT team
• High proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Service Cloud with deep understanding of Salesforce data model
• Hands on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration (user management, security, custom objects, workflows, triggers, etc.)
• Good knowledge of AI/ Gen AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Data Bricks, AWS, etc.
• Highly experienced in software development life cycle - agile methodology and release processes
• Experienced in system/ application/ data integration
• Excellent communication and writing skills – very important
• Lead/ drive workshops/ discussions along with client/ business/ other partners/ vendors
• Able to lead the team and provide the guidance in designing the solutions
• Willing to relocate to Irvine, CA, if not local.
