Housekeeping and Laundry Opportunities at Hilton Anaheim

The Hilton Anaheim is looking for Room Attendants, to join the housekeeping team! Hilton Housekeepers are the heart of our hospitality, making our hotels a home away from home for our guests! Your meaningful work impacts the guest's stay from start to finish, providing a safe and clean environment for all. Our property has 1,574 rooms, is newly renovated and located in the heart of California's famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort.

A day in the life of a Hilton Housekeeper may include:

• Friendly interactions with our guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
• Cleaning our guest rooms to keep them in excellent shape, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and ownership of the room product
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels and guest supplies and amenities
• Wearing your comfortable Team Member apparel specially designed with your function in mind
• Stocking, organizing and transporting the housekeeping supply cart across the hotel, allowing you to get your steps in and stay active!
• Being a key part of the Hilton mission: Filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality!

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (subject to occupancy & seniority)

Hourly Range: Starting $21.61 per hour - $27.01 per hour (after probation period)

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed
