Our client, a start-up company in the semiconductor interconnect intellectual property (IP) solutions has hired Vivo to help them find a Design Verification Architect to join their team. This person will collaborate with a team of experts to design and implement cutting-edge interconnect and memory solutions for some of the most advanced mobile, telecom, automotive, and consumer SoC designs in the world.In this role, you will leverage a powerful language that combines traditional RTL with modern software to create highly configurable, testable, and top-quality solutions. This is a highly collaborative role and requires this person work from their office in either Austin, TX or Campbell, CA.Responsibilities:Work closely with the architecture and design teams to ensure that the verification is taken care of as early as in the architecture stageGuide the verification team in test plan creation, testcases, coverage, and coverage exclusionDevelop and maintain the verification methodology and infrastructureDefine and execute the verification plan for complex designsAnalyze and debug verification failures and drive the closure of issuesRequirements:MS in EE, CS, CE, or Mathematics10+ years of industry experience in verification, with a focus on microprocessor design, cache coherency, memory ordering, and cache configuration5+ years of experience as a Design Verification ArchitectStrong expertise in verification methodologies, including UVM, SystemVerilog, and coverage-driven verificationProven track record in creating and deploying verification methodologiesExperience in leading verification teams and mentoring junior engineersExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExpected Salary Range$160,000-$200,000 annuallyExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.About VivoHaving been in business since 2006, Vivo is a full-service recruiting and consulting company, specializing on mid to senior level technology resources.
