Description Position at Freedom Forever Pay Range $28/hr-$38/hr (DOE) + Benefits ***Residential Solar***Position SummaryThe Carpenter will be reporting directly to the Field Manager and encompass a strong knowledge base for carpentry and general handyman skills. They will also be responsible for completing service calls for customers throughout the region. Job Duties/ ResponsibilitiesAbility to repair drywall damageAbility to repair stucco, siding, and soffit damageRivet placardsDig TrenchesMinor solar electrical workMaintaining the safety of themselves and others by adhering to all written and verbal instructionsPromptly reporting and/or correcting all hazards or unsafe conditions, questioning nonstandard operations or environmental factors that may involve unmitigated hazardsProviding feedback to Field Manager on all safety issuesTake notes for corrections and notify Field Manager of any issues or updatesKeep service/inspection vehicle stocked with the necessary materialsService solar panel systems when necessaryAbility to repair all types of Roofs as well as Ground MountsAbility to add or remove panels on solar systemsAble to identify/isolate roof leaksAble to read and understand plansReview pictures and gather all necessary parts to complete inspection on site.
