Office Assistant- 30 hour weekly position
Local candidates only. Relocation / H-1B is not offered.
Our innovative tech company is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive Visitors
• Answer Phone Calls
• Manage Mail
• Monitor Security
• Clerical responsibilities
• Organize Meetings
• Reception Area Maintenance
• Provide support for different departments when approved by manager
• Development Portal
• RMA /CUSTOMER support
• Coffee Machine maintenance
• Office lunch coordinator (order/pickup)
• Restock common areas
• Not a remote or work from home position

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Proficient in Excel and Word

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Occasionally required to stand.
• Occasionally required to walk.
• Frequently required to sit.
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
• Continually required to talk or hear.
• Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.

Additional :
Job Type: Part Time Monday - Friday (hourly)
Hours: 8:00-3:00pm / TBD ( 30 hours weekly, 1 hour lunch)
Location: Irvine, CA (close to John Wayne Airport)
