Ourbeautiful campus includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and SkilledNursing.At this time, we are hiring a full time Painter to perform interior and exterior painting duties, including preppingsurfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish. This rolerequires a skilled and detail-oriented individual experienced in painting andrepair work. This position will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces in apartmentsand common areas. This includes preparing surfaces, applying paint, andensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards. Duties: Preparesurfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming Apply paintusing various techniques, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers Performtouch-up painting and repairs as needed Clean andmaintain painting tools and equipment Ensure a safeand clean working environment Workeffectively with other maintenance staff and contractors Adhere tosafety regulations and procedures Maintain aneat and organized work area Qualifications: Previousexperience as a painter, preferably in residential or apartment setting Strongknowledge of painting techniques and materials Familiaritywith safety regulations and procedures Ability towork independently and as part of a team Excellentattention to detail and a commitment to qualitySalary: up to $25.00 per hour (depends on experience) with an excellent benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Vision,401k and the opportunity to continue your educationthrough our scholarship program!Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
