A fast-growing, Orange County based, market-leading PropTech company specializing in Loan Servicing software for the private lending sector, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team and contribute to continued success and innovation!

This role will drive critical projects, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure for their applications. As a DevOps and SRE Engineer, you'll manage cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring solutions to ensure the reliability of their SaaS platform in Azure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer Experience in SaaS, fintech, or loan management industry.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and containerization with Docker, AKS, Kubernetes.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and automation scripting.
• Datadog experience
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and ELK stack for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Experience with Git version control, branching, and merging strategies.
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Certification
• Microsoft Certifications: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate etc.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or loan management industry.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities:

• Design & Manage CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable pipelines using Azure DevOps, optimizing build, release, and deployment processes.
• Automation & Infrastructure Management: Use Azure Resource Manager (ARM), PowerShell, and Azure CLI to automate infrastructure provisioning and manage cloud resources.
• Version Control & Code Quality: Oversee Azure Repos or Git repositories, enforce branching strategies, and ensure code quality through automated testing and reviews.
• Monitoring & Security: Implement monitoring solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights) to ensure performance, availability, and security compliance.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with development and operations teams, providing training and maintaining documentation on best practices, deployment guides, and incident response.
