Position Overview
The HVAC Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to achieve project objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their specifications.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including updates on budget, timeline, and any potential risks.
• Utilize MS Project and CAD software to create project plans and technical drawings.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation.
• Proficiency in MS Project and CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, plumbing, piping, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
