On-site – Irvine, California


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our on-site team in Irvine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate and track training programs, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with leave of absence administration, workers' compensation, and safety initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to support employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
