Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday in office
Travel required: 85 to 95%
Responsibilities
Oversee delivery and installation of home appliances for Builder Direct accounts, which include apartment complexes and single-family homes.
Work closely with Sales, Business Center & 3PL's to ensure timely execution of final mile delivers for Builder Direct
Conduct Builder Direct site audits to measure 3PL and Samsung performance
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals to improve the Builder Direct line of business
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to internal and external stakeholders
Oversee order completion to ensure timely billing and invoicing
