Coordinates activities for Division Director including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, tracking deadlines, receiving/screening calls to determine level of urgency and refer accordingly, read/screen incoming correspondence, asses and forward as required, consider, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Research/Compose/Type reports, compile information for the Director, correspondence, documents, take notes and prepare meeting minutes.
Schedule meetings/events/conferences and coordinate all arrangements and resources needed.
Interact with County executives, other managers, and collaborative partners with professionalism in all situations
