You'll manage client services, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance (DDS/Regional Center), and support expansion initiatives.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the SLS programEnsure person-centered, 24-hour care that aligns with client IPPsSupervise, train, and schedule support staffAct as liaison to families and Regional Center staffEnsure compliance with Title 17, DDS, and funding requirementsMaintain documentation, incident reports, and staff recordsRespond to client needs and emergencies, including after hours if neededQualifications:2+ years in developmental disability services (5+ preferred)1+ years of supervisory/program leadership experienceBachelor's in human services or related field (required)Excellent communication, organization, and crisis management skillsValid CA driver's license, First Aid/CPR, and background clearanceSchedule & Compensation:Part-time/hourly, 20–30 hrs/week (may grow with program needs)Pay: $44.06 – $48.75/hour (equivalent to $91.6K–$101.3K annually)Why Join Us?
