Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Description:

A South Orange County community association management company is looking to add a friendly and efficient Receptionist to their growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with internal employees, as well as outside customers and vendors. Previous office experience is a plus, and applicants should be familiar with most modern office equipment and software. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity. The hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, and 8:30am to 5pm on Friday. The pay starts at $22/hour.
Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Customer service support
  • Answer and direct phone calls as needed
  • Mail preparation
  • Receiving/opening/sorting/filing mail
  • Distributing key/fobs
  • Office supply inventory
  • Management of company email inbox

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
