We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role combines data entry accuracy with excellent client service, ensuring that all records are handled efficiently while supporting customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain customer data in internal systems
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Verify data integrity and ensure quality control in all documentation
• Support administrative tasks related to order processing, account updates, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent customer service and accurate data reporting
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all client and company information

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy (minimum 45 WPM)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
