Project Manager, Office of the CEO

Demonstrate proactive, forward-thinking leadership to assist with selected projects and initiatives directed by the Chief Executive Officer and members of the Executive Staff. Help advance the organization's global business through utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and applications and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively assist the Chief Executive Officer in their preparedness for key meetings and event, including research and material creation.
• Conduct solid, in-depth research and summarize findings on a wide range of topics.
• Assist in the development and preparation of materials for the Chief Executive Officer and, where appropriate, other Associates within the organization.
• Utilize AI to help gain greater levels of efficiency and educate others on the executive team.
• Educate executives on how to best utilize AI to enhance their functional effectiveness.
• Involvement in global business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with executive staff to determine business priorities and assess risks when business decisions are made.
• Align cross functional teams to work harmoniously towards the goal while effectively providing tools for resource mapping and conflict resolution and provide tactical support to implement ideas.
• Create intelligent systems that provide clarity for execution and enable cohesive team environment.
• Provide cross functional leaders with recommendations to improve teamwork that drives excellence.
• Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization.
• Develop and utilize data/dashboards to assist in driving business decisions.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a business or life sciences environment.
3. Demonstrated experience working in a global environment.
4. Deep knowledge of AI skills and how to apply insights into action.
5. Exceptionally strong analytical skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.
7. Ability to transfer knowledge and learning to increase the skill set of others.
8. Strong business and global acumen coupled with a growth mindset.
9. Ability to adhere to the utmost confidentiality requirements.
10. Flexible and adaptable to a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
11. Highly organized and methodical.
12. Exceptionally high proficiency in technology including AI platforms and computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
