Sales, Territory Manager - RespirTech (Denver, CO)

Job Description

RespirTech's Territory Managers represent the InCourage airway clearance therapy medical device, calling on but not limited to Pulmonologists to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions on a journey to better breathing.

Your role:

  1. Manage outside sales and territory, aiming to meet performance growth goals.
  2. Handle existing accounts and develop new business using a proactive approach to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and influence decision-makers.
  3. Conduct sales calls, provide in-services on patient profiles and product demonstrations, present clinical evidence, and obtain medical record documentation.
  4. Become knowledgeable about Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage criteria for InCourage vest therapy, and educate healthcare teams on patient eligibility.
  5. Analyze data to target priority healthcare teams effectively and optimize sales call routing, adjusting as needed for pipeline management.

You're the right fit if:
  1. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
  2. You have over 3 years of successful direct field sales experience.
  3. You can spend approximately 90% of your time in the field within your territory, including some overnight stays.
  4. You can meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
  5. Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.


How we work together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based team members work onsite at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles are fully in-office, while field roles operate mainly outside the company's main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $120,445 to $170,040 annually, plus a company vehicle, based on performance (85%-120%). Compensation includes base salary and incentives, with additional benefits such as PTO, 401k, HSA, stock plans, and education reimbursement. Details are available on our benefits page.

Applicants must have US work authorization; sponsorship is not provided. Relocation benefits are not available; residence within or near Denver, CO, is required.
