Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.

  • Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change following procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards
  • Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day
  • Maintain safety and organizational standards on the sales floor and throughout the store
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
  • Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Support store shrink reduction initiatives
  • Participate in safety awareness activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
