Job Description:
Opportunity: Grow Your Career
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
- Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change following procedures
- Promote credit and loyalty programs
- Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards
- Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day
- Maintain safety and organizational standards on the sales floor and throughout the store
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Support store shrink reduction initiatives
- Participate in safety awareness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
