IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a large healthcare company in Orange, CA. The technician will maintain computer equipment and support organizational technology needs, including performing maintenance, configuring components and software, and installing updates. The role involves supporting new clinics across OC / LA / IE, with a company vehicle provided for travel.

Skills and Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk / Desktop Support Technician role
2. 4+ years supporting a Windows environment
3. 4+ years using ticketing systems
4. Enterprise experience
5. 2+ years in a hospital environment
6. Covid-19 vaccine and booster
7. Flu shot / willingness to wear a mask during flu season
8. Valid driver's license
9. High school diploma; strong communication skills
10. Certifications: A+, N+, S+, or CCNA
11. Experience with ServiceNow
