About the Opportunity
The Sales Operations Lead works in person at our Santa Ana, CA location and is responsible for steering the collaboration between Sales and Production departments by providing critical support and guidance to internal teams and processes. Facilitates communication, analyzes and resolves complex business problems. Maintains direct contact with customers and with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met.
What You'll Do:
- Integrates with all levels of the business to understand current workflows and identify gaps
- Directs Order Entry team to ensure accurate processing of complex orders
- Identifies opportunities and contributes to ERP/MRP improvement efforts that support key business strategies and growth initiatives
- Utilizes knowledge of production control and processes to respond to customer inquiries
- Creates milestones with process flow and estimated completion dates
- Works with key stakeholders to analyze impact of customers' proposed changes
- Performs detailed analysis and troubleshooting of production and purchase order issues
- Responsible for improvement of customer score cards through the design and roll out of solutions
- Trains employees in sales processes as needed
- Works on ad hoc projects and other tasks as needed

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher or comparable manufacturing industry experience
- 1-3 years of business operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry (Preferred)
- Working Knowledge of PROCIM (Preferred)
Please note that in addition to working in a manufacturing environment, frequent standing and walking is required, as well as, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 10 pounds and the use of computer, printer and copier.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

California Pay Range: $58,240 USD - $75,500 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
