Data Analyst Role

The Data Analyst will drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. This role will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to generate insights into business performance. The role will produce actionable reports highlighting key performance indicators, identifying areas for operational improvement, and conducting root cause analysis of problems.

Expected Duties:

1. Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that provide deep and actionable insights for complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space.
2. Take ownership of the UX/UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products.
3. Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
4. Support and contribute to data collection efforts as needed.
5. Identify the business data needed to produce valuable insights and future analytics.
6. Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This role supports seasoned peers and management on moderately complex issues. The individual will develop professional expertise within the role and apply MeridianLink policies to resolve a variety of subject-related issues.

• Work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, requiring analysis of situations or data considering multiple factors.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
• Apply learned techniques to analysis and investigation to solve problems.
• Build productive internal and external relationships to resolve mutual issues through collaboration.
• Hold a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent work experience.

Salary range: $78,100 - $110,300, determined by experience and other factors, including geographical location.
