Job Description

The General Manager is the primary owner of the Retail Stores Operational Plan. Responsibilities include meeting performance objectives, collaborating on strategies with the VP of Stores, managing the Floor Manager and store operations, fostering a positive work environment, attracting and developing talent, managing merchandise, analyzing financial data, ensuring store operations and maintenance, and embodying Robbins Brothers' values.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales Management: guiding sales team, creating a positive environment, maximizing sales opportunities, and utilizing Salesforce effectively.
2. People Development: hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
3. Merchandise Management: product knowledge, training staff, visual displays, and inventory control.
4. Business Acumen: managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and strategic planning.
5. Store Operations and Maintenance: ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining store standards.
6. Values: demonstrating transparency, integrity, and responsibility.

Experience required:

• Management: 5+ years
• Jewelry retail management: 5+ years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 5+ years (Preferred)
• High-end sales: 3+ years (Preferred)
• CRM software: 3+ years (Preferred)
• Salesforce: 2+ years (Preferred)
