Anduril's Design Team is seeking a Cinematographer / Video Creator to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril's brand identity, visual communication, digital, photography, video, concept art, and industrial design. Our team's purpose is connecting the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.

As a Cinematographer / Video Creator, you will be crafting content that tells the story of Anduril's software and hardware products, brand campaigns, and communications. If you are a skilled storyteller in the filmmaking format, who has a passion for technology and brand building, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and write scripts for video content, ensuring the vision is conveyed through post-production.
• Shoot and provide visual direction during productions
• Develop capture approaches for video content with the Video Director and other team members
• Work closely with the Video Producer on pairing the creative vision with an operational plan
• Work in partnership with our Marketing and Communications teams to produce original branded content aligned with broader campaigns and strategy
• Collaborate with Business Lines and Engineering teams in the capture and presentation of Anduril products and efforts
• Support our post-production team when needed
• Participate in management of video, lighting, and audio equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cinematographer, video director, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work. In-house or agency experience is a plus.
• Experience as a Cam Op or Cinematographer role on professional narrative, documentary, or commercial productions.
• Familiarity with professional cinema cameras, gimbals, drones, and video transmission systems
• Strong writing skills, communication skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative in a creative team environment
• Knowledge of current social media content formats, trends, and applications
• A bachelor's degree in Film & TV, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Lighting, Grip, and Audio Recording experience are a plus
• FAA Part 107 and/or Part 61 is plus, but not required
• Able and willing to travel

US Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
