Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional, and industrial markets, is seeking a Logistics Lead to join our team in San Bernardino, CA! This is a 24/5 facility offering MONDAY-FRIDAY schedule options! This role is responsible for coordinating logistics activities in the warehouse and monitoring daily operations to ensure time and quality commitments are met.

What You Will Do:

  • Establishes standard work procedures and assists in training.
  • Coordinates equipment and labor to minimize downtime.
  • May back up forklift operator for shipping and receiving as needed.
  • Participates in developing, deploying, and using continuous improvement systems.
  • Identifies safety hazards through safety audits and initiatives.
  • Reports performance issues to the shift's Team Leader.
  • Communicates maintenance needs, quality issues, or other situations impacting safety, quality, or productivity to supervisor.
  • Continuously seeks opportunities for system and process waste elimination.
  • Ensures constant communication with management on daily activities and challenges.
  • Assists with onboarding and training new hires.
  • Follows proper procedures as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
  • Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

  • Location: San Bernardino, CA.
  • Work week and shift: 2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm, with occasional overtime.
  • Compensation: $28.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior SAP experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of TPM, inbound/outbound warehouse processes, and basic transportation processes.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma systems.
  • Previous forklift operating experience.
  • Experience in a lead or backup lead role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

The hourly rate is $28.00, eligible for overtime. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, training, and location. We comply with all wage and hour laws.
