The Store Manager provides daily leadership to store staff, including Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the role involves recruiting, coaching, developing staff, managing sales and inventory, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and building guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing sales and technical teams to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
2. Achieving sales goals through effective planning, product knowledge, and industry awareness.
3. Promoting tire and service products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Training teammates on operations and guest services.
5. Overseeing staffing, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
6. Controlling expenses and managing inventory.
7. Maintaining store standards for cleanliness and safety.
8. Scheduling appointments and assigning tasks based on skill levels.
9. Building customer relationships to maximize retention.
10. Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
11. Maintaining technical proficiency through ongoing training.
12. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail or sales environments.
• Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Background checks as per company policy.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and dust.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
