We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for key inventory functions, including generating purchase requisitions and cycle counts, tracking part deliveries, scheduling orders to meet customer needs, and leading morning accountability meetings. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) part arrivals and support efficient operations.

Shift:
First shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate order status updates and track shipments through to delivery; promptly relay any order changes and troubleshoot to maintain on-time delivery.

Work independently, manage time effectively, and organize a high-volume workload.

Reconcile cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Assign and update stock locations.

Run all inventory reports as required to support daily operations.

Monitor purchase order (PO) due dates closely and expedite PO deliveries as needed.

Maintain and replenish consumable stock items.

Order parts from internal facilities or external vendors and create production orders for manufacturing.

Read and interpret manufacturing blueprints to generate accurate production orders for the shop floor.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED.

1–3 years of relevant experience.

Experience in order processing, including generating purchase requisitions/orders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Availability to work overtime on short notice.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

Knowledge of SAP (S4Hana).

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong MS Excel skills.

Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $18.88 – $28.32 per hour, depending on experience level.
