With a commitment to quality, innovation, and on-time delivery, we are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects focused on storage facilities-from planning and permitting to execution and closeout. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing storage facility construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality standards. This position is based in Orange County but may require occasional travel to project sites located both in-state and out-of-state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects related to storage facilities.
  • Direct project teams including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal staff.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and coordination of logistics.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any field-related issues.
  • Lead meetings, generate progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Travel to out-of-area project sites as needed to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a specific focus on storage facility projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as project demands require.
