What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with clients, crafting tailored solutions, and driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and connect with prospective clients, including Chief Engineers, Property Managers, and Asset Managers, through calls, site visits, and industry events.
• Client Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations, develop customized proposals, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine account strategies, optimize profitability, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Solution Development: Leverage your HVAC expertise to propose maintenance contracts (junior level) or full HVAC system solutions (senior level), ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated individual with the skills and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience:
• Junior Level: 1+ years of HVAC sales experience, ideally selling maintenance contracts.
• Senior Level: 3+ years of experience selling HVAC systems or related commercial services.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage and influence clients.
• Financial acumen for crafting cost-effective proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
