Essential Functions

• Conduct grounds maintenance activities to uphold cleanliness standards in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with team members to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
• DOT Physical required
• Experience operating heavy equipment required
• High school diploma or equivalent
