Position Overview: The Patrolling / Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security of an area through regular driving patrols. The Surveillance Supervisor identifies potential threats, responds to incidents, and ensures access control while reporting any suspicious activity.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Conduct regular patrols by driving designated areas to visually inspect the property.
2. Ensure the safety of individuals and property by implementing and enforcing security protocols.
3. Identify potential security risks and report them to appropriate personnel.
4. Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and investigations.
5. Maintain high visibility at all times as an effective deterrent to illegal activities.
6. Send detailed texts, emails, and reports with attached pictures to management.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
