Join the Home Instead team as a dedicated Care Pro and help enhance the lives of aging adults in our community. We are seeking compassionate individuals available during weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Home Instead offers critical non-medical services that enable seniors to remain in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity and care.

Requirements:

• Availability on weekends between 6am and 11pm.
• Ability to treat seniors with privacy, dignity, and respect
• Strong listening skills and a friendly demeanor
• Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check and TB test
• Valid CA driver's license and good driving record with valid auto insurance (required for driving clients)
• Must reside in Whittier, Norwalk, La Mirada, Santa Fe Springs, Artesia, Cerritos, La Habra, or Hacienda Heights

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering medication and appointment reminders
• Caring for clients with Alzheimer's and/or Dementia
• Communicating with clients in a friendly and supportive manner

No prior experience is required; comprehensive skills training will be provided by Home Instead.
