Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Bazz Houston International is a custom metals manufacturer with facilities in Southern California and Mexico, specializing in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Springs, Stampings, Wire Forms, and Multi-Slide.

Role Description:

The Quality Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that all products manufactured meet the highest standards of quality. This position requires expertise in quality control procedures, AS9100 standards, and the ability to lead and supervise a team of quality technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the metalworking sector, excellent leadership skills, and understanding of aerospace quality management systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 3 – 5 years in lieu of education.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the metalworking or aerospace manufacturing industry.
• Experience in managing or supervising a team is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Proficient in quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, root cause analysis, FMEA, PPAP).
• Strong knowledge of inspection and testing procedures for metal parts.
• Proficient in the use of metrology equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
