The Shipping & Receiving Clerk Level 1 is an entry-level role responsible for performing routine shipping and receiving duties in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Working under direct supervision, the clerk assists with loading/unloading deliveries, verifying packing slips and order contents, conducting basic visual inspections, and preparing materials for outbound shipments. This position also supports packaging operations, including wrapping, boxing, labeling, and banding, and may assist with documentation and basic computer transactions. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and safe equipment handling. Adhere to quality standards through basic in-process inspections. Interpret and verify work orders and associated documentation. Safely lift items up to 45 lbs. Support team operations by following instructions and assisting others as needed.
