FWA Specialist & Customer Service

  • Location: Walnut
  • Pay Rate: $23/hr
  • Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Description:
The FWA Specialist/Compliance Specialist reviews trends, analyzes data, runs reports, but also does customer service as they communicate with patients who have reported incidents on their transports to the medical facilities/back to their residence. They need these individuals to have good temperment, be patient, great communication verbal and written, and they must be familiar with pivot tables and v lookups/formulas.

This individual may have a data analyst/customer service background, experience running reports, maybe they have done fraud investigations. Associates required, bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications:
Prior Experience in investigating Fraud, Waste and or Abuse in healthcare settings
Associates and/or Bachelors preferred
Patient/Customer Service Experience
