Summary of Role
The Worship Leader position at The Crossing is for someone who has a passion for God and a desire to lead a wide variety of people in worship. Someone who brings a creative, fun, heartfelt energy and is as comfortable with non-Christians and new believers as they are with long-time Christians. Their love for Jesus is evident through the ways they love people, whether on stage or off. They are excited about leading a community in worship and equipping others to do the same. They love being on a team and collaborating. The Worship Leader is also an experienced, humble, and healthy leader on and off stage. Finally, they are a hard-working and talented musician who strives for excellence.
Responsibilities
ROLE SKILLS: Great communicator and worship leader, strong creative game, excellent musician/singer, team-player, experience with chart creation, backing track creation and editing, Abelton, general recording software, familiarity with in-ear monitors, Planning Center Online, Propresenter. Really enjoy being part of a team and enjoying life while serving together.
