Our Client Billing department is a team of dedicated revenue professionals specializing in three key areas: Billing, Reporting, and Cash Applications. This dynamic department ensures the accurate calculation, invoicing, and collection of separate account revenue across all entities. We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Support Analyst to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. The Support Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional service to clients, assisting the Client Billing Team, and contributing to the department's operational excellence. This role encompasses responsibilities such as invoice distribution, data entry and reconciliation, administrative support, and process improvement, enabling a seamless billing operation.
