Responsibilities

As a Dental Marketing Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Coordinating and executing promotional events or campaigns and monitoring their success.
• Creating engaging and informative content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and understand consumer behavior.
• Collaborating with the dental team to develop a comprehensive and consistent brand message.
• Maintaining a strong online company voice through social media.
• Liaising with media and advertising to promote our dental services.
• Tracking marketing performance and return on investment and preparing weekly or monthly reports for senior management.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assisting in the management of patient satisfaction surveys and implementing improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Dental Marketing Assistant position should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in customer service, with a strong ability to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.
