About the Opportunity

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

We are looking for team players with a strong attention to detail and a lot of other standard things. More than that though, we are looking for a team member who would be ok with joining possibly the best AP team that has ever been assembled, for possibly the best post-acute healthcare providers in the known universe. We are looking for a true established Accounts Payable pro with a mindset that is geared for growth and a desire to constantly improve. A few of the Responsibilities of an AP Specialist at Ensign Services include, but are not limited to:

1. 2 + years of Accounts Payable experience
2. Process a high volume of vendor invoices
3. Assistance with projects to increase efficiency and expand team knowledge
4. Learn and live our company values
5. Process payments for daily check runs
6. Be a phenomenal team player
7. Exceptional attention to detail
8. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-task
9. Possesses the desire to learn, voice questions and accept challenges for growth
10. Successfully completes assignments and ability to ask for help if needed
11. Practical understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook
12. Knowledge of general accounting procedures
13. Must have excellent oral and written skills

Additional Information
This full-time, exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
Compensation: $22-$27/ hour; may be bonus eligible
