Integrated Polymer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist who will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Shared Services Department. Performs specialized duties to support the Company and HR Strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary company liaison with ADP for payroll and timekeeping processing to include but not limited to preparation and submission of payroll batches such as termination checks, retros, pay corrections, bonus payments.
- Running reports and following-up on timecard exceptions and unapproved timecards.
- Creating payroll variance reports, auditing payroll previews, obtaining finance approval for processing, working with finance to ensure proper funding, post payroll reports, tax filing and other normal payroll related activities.
- Submission of contribution reports related to Spending Accounts and 401K Deferrals. Updates in ADP contribution changes related to these plans. Auditing submissions and reporting funding amounts to Finance.
- Primary owner of the year-end payroll activities and compliance related activities such as coordination of year tax forms such as W2 Forms, W2C Forms, ACA and prepare yearly mandated labor reporting.
- Creates process documentation work instructions, supports in developing employee training and various related communication using methods such as how-to guides, presentations, emails notifications and reminders.
- Ability to effectively communicate and deliver training to all levels within the company.
- Actively participates in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and idea generation and execution of solutions.
- Monitors the shared inbox for inquiries regarding payroll, time and attendance and other HR related tasks.
- Provides other general support to the HR function and performs other duties as assigned to support the company and HR strategy.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent related experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
Years' Experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Working knowledge and experience of ADP WFN Comprehensive Services.
- Working knowledge and experience of ADP Essential Time.
- Ability to partner with ADP outsourcing for the processing of payroll for 700+ employees.
- Strong knowledge and experience with payroll compliance, best practices, and payroll functional responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic and integrity. Capability to handle sensitive company and employee information.
- Self-starter, agile learner, action oriented, results driven.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to details with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong business acumen of all functional areas within HR, Benefits, Payroll and Finance practices.
- Ability to compile and analyze data and summarize for presentation to others, including leaders, within the organization.
- Critical thinker who can creatively provide solutions for optimization of processes.
