As an HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serves as trusted advisor and active participant of the management team.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with our business goals.
• Serving as a liaison between management and employees to address work-related issues and questions.
• Mediating and resolving employee relations issues while conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.

• Drives performance management process ensuring consistency and compliance.

• Coordinates renewal of health benefit products with brokers.
• Develops training programs and processes for employee development and retention.
• Standardizes HR policies and procedures across business units.
• Manages employees directly and indirectly, providing positive leadership and performance feedback.
• Conducts performance management including reviews, corrective actions, career development, and improvement plans.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams. Knows what good HR looks like.

HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations including California.
