Main purpose of the Loss Prevention Associate role:

The Loss Prevention Agent will be responsible for protecting company assets, preventing losses, and maintaining a safe environment across multiple fulfillment center facilities. This role combines physical security, investigative work, and data analysis to minimize shrinkage and maintain operational integrity.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Implement and monitor loss prevention programs across multiple fulfillment center locations
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments of facilities, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions
  • Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations using surveillance systems, data analysis, and interviewing techniques
  • Partner with operations teams to develop and maintain security protocols for high-value areas
  • Monitor and analyze shrinkage trends, preparing detailed reports for management
  • Train facility staff on loss prevention policies, security protocols, and emergency procedures
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary for criminal investigations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant security regulations
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies across multiple facilities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all security-related activities and investigations

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in loss prevention or security management, preferably in a retail or logistics environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities
  • Proficiency with security systems, CCTV, and access control technologies
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with data analysis and report writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Visual ability to monitor surveillance systems and inspect facilities
  • Mobile enough to respond quickly to security incidents

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (LPQ, LPC, CPP)
  • Experience in e-commerce or fulfillment center operations
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Background in retail or supply chain security

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18 to $25.
